Task 6 Create a video with Animoto

Animoto provides a very easy way to create short videos from selected pictures in which text can be inserted. There is also the possibility of selecting among a wide variety of background music. In this activity we will learn how to create a video with pictures and texts.

In this case I have  used pictures of animals and nature in order to concern everyone about the importance of saving our planet, the Earth. I want to concern all my students about the importance of  saving and taking care of our plantes. In addition, I want them to reflect on all this aspects such all the growing endangered species, the melting of the Poles or  the massive hunting of seals in the Pole among other aspects. Students could do a similar activity in order to make people aware about other aspects like racism, sexism, violence, war etc. 

The vocabulary used is not difficult and all our students will understand , if not everything, the general message of the video. However, this activty is not just limited to the topic proposed and  they could use this also to talk about other topics like creatring a short video about their holidays, inventing a story or to telling someone about their anything they like or find interesting.
